I grew up in Central Oregon, but I have called the Rogue Valley my home for 11 years. I spent much of my life in the outdoors, and loved hiking through the sagebrush and the old gnarled juniper trees of the high desert, so I named my company after them. Now I spend most of my free time with my wife, two dogs, and our cat "Monkey".
I started painting houses as a "temporary" summer job in high school. That was 19 years ago. I have painted everything from small houses, large commercial buildings, to industrial epoxy coatings for municipalities. I also have experience in other skilled trades doing remodeling, carpentry and laying tile.

A good paint job can last anywhere from 5 to 10 years. Stucco lasts a little bit longer, while wood expands and contracts, creating faster wear and tear on the paint surface.
